I am trained as a Gestalt and Humanistic psychotherapist, which means I will be working with you holistically, and in a way that recognises your uniqueness and lived experiences. My approach is relational, warm, active, and direct. I combine Gestalt therapy with other creative therapeutic practices, including mindfulness.
