Women's Menopause Support Circle

Menopause is complex and can bring profound changes to every area of your life. In Japanese, ‘Kōnenki’ translates to 'renewal years' and 'energy,' capturing the potential for growth, transformation and empowerment in this phase.

Embracing the Kōnenki spirit, we're thrilled to launch a confidential Women's Menopause Wellness Group in January 2025 to take back control and thrive in a community that understands.

Limited spaces available. Book your free 50-minute consultation to discuss if compassionate and confidential group therapy is the right fit for you. PROMO CODE: Kōnenki

*The closed group means that once the group has started, new members cannot join until the next cycle begins (October 2025). This approach creates a stable and safe environment where participants can build trust, foster deeper connections, and share personal experiences without the anxiety of new members entering at any time. It also encourages continuity in the therapeutic process, as members can progress together over time.

What Our Clients Says

Tor, 33
She has (somehow invisibly) guided me to discover some of my own thought processes and explore previously unfamiliar ways of being and doing. She shared with me an amazing, varied repertoire of visualisations and other magic tricks that I can use daily.

My marriage is so much better... I feel like I'm able to be a true to myself, to forgive our differences more readily able to look forward to a peaceful & fulfilling future together. I think that things changed when was able to readily respect and value myself. Thank you for that.

I wanted to thank you for your time and providing me with a space to breathe words can’t really express how important that was and in hindsight what a journey it was to trace my steps back to find me. Interestingly I did find me but a slightly different version of the one I felt I’d lost. .. but I think a slightly better and stronger person I have embraced wholeheartedly.

I’ve had Wanjiku for therapy before and she was wonderful then however I was not in the right place or mind-set to fully commit to bettering myself. This time around I let go of my vices to substances and Wanjiku helped me every step of the way, yet again she has opened my eyes to a new perspective and way of thinking. I honestly cannot thank her enough.
